يُعرف أيضاً بـ: رأس ذراع التوجيه الداخلي، الرأس الداخلي، مقبس رأس الرف، المفصل الداخلي. تنبيه: رأس علبة الدركسيون ليس هو رأس ذراع التوجيه (الخارجي). رأس الدركسيون هو المحور الداخلي المثبت مباشرةً على عمود الرف ومحمي داخل أكورديون الدركسيون؛ أما رأس ذراع التوجيه الخارجي فهو المفصل الكروي في طرف العجلة الذي يتصل بدبة التوجيه وهو معرّض للبيئة الخارجية. كلاهما قطعة مستقلة، يتآكلان بشكل منفصل، ويُستبدلان بشكل منفصل.

كيف يعمل

نقل الحركة الخطية من الرف إلى العجلة

عمود الرف يتحرك يميناً وشمالاً داخل هيكله. رأس الدركسيون مثبت بخيط على طرف هذا العمود فيتحرك معه. مع انتقال الرف، يدفع أو يسحب رأس الدركسيون ذراع التوجيه الخارجي (ومعه دبة التوجيه)، فتدور العجلة الأمامية عبر زاوية التوجيه. بدون المفصل المفصّل في رأس الدركسيون، لا يستطيع ذراع التوجيه الخارجي استيعاب التغيير الزاوي بين الحركة الأفقية للرف والقوس الذي يرسمه الذراع مع صعود التعليق وهبوطه.

مفصل الكرة والمقعد داخل الأكورديون

يحتوي رأس الدركسيون على مفصل كروي داخلي — مشابه في المبدأ لرأس ذراع التوجيه الخارجي لكنه أضخم مقطعاً لأنه يتعرض لقوى أعلى في هذا الموضع من المنظومة. يسمح هذا المفصل للذراع بالتأرجح في محاور متعددة مع حركة التعليق، مانعاً التصلب في التوجيه عند العقبات. كامل مجموعة رأس الدركسيون تسكن داخل أكورديون الدركسيون المطاطي، الذي يحمي المفصل وسطح العمود من الغبار والماء والملح.

ضبط Toe عبر خطوات الخيط

رأس ذراع التوجيه الخارجي يُركَّب بخيط على ساق رأس الدركسيون مع صمولة قفل تُثبّت المجموعة على الطول الصحيح. تدوير رأس الذراع الخارجي داخلاً أو خارجاً على هذا الخيط يُغيّر الطول الفعلي لذراع التوجيه فيضبط toe الأمامي. في أثناء ضبط الجلنك، يفك الفني صمولة القفل ويُدير رأس الذراع الخارجي لضبط toe ثم يُعيد تشديد الصمولة. رأس الدركسيون نفسه لا يُضبط في الصيانة الدورية.

الهيكل والتركيب

يتكوّن رأس الدركسيون من هيكل مقعد مُصنَّع من الفولاذ أو الحديد المُلبَّد، مُسنَّن من الخارج ليتعشق مع عمود الرف، مع محمل كروي داخلي يحمل رأس البلية. ساق البلية المسنّنة تبرز للخارج وتستقبل رأس ذراع التوجيه الخارجي. طريقة تثبيت المقعد بالرف تتفاوت حسب التصميم: التشميع الميكانيكي (staking)، أو سلك تأمين، أو مسمار عبر الهيكل، أو صمولة قفل منفصلة — الطريقة الصحيحة خاصة بكل سيارة. يُحمى المقعد بأكورديون الدركسيون الذي يتقلص ويتمدد مع كل حركة توجيه. عند الاستبدال، يجب فحص الأكورديون واستبداله إن وُجدت شقوق أو تمزق. MOOG و TRW و 555 و CTR يُوردون رؤوس دركسيون بهياكل مطروقة وسطح محمل مشحم مسبقاً.

أعراض الفشل الشائعة

طرقعة أو دقّ عند العقبات من منطقة علبة الدركسيون. المفصل الكروي المتآكل داخل رأس الدركسيون يسمح للبلية الداخلية بالطرق على جدران مقعدها مع كل دورة تعليق أو تحميل للتوجيه. الصوت يصدر من داخل منطقة هيكل الدركسيون، ويختلف عن طرقعة رأس ذراع التوجيه الخارجي عند العجلة.
لعب زائد في عجلة القيادة أو ارتخاء التوجيه. المفصل المتآكل يمتص مدخل التوجيه قبل أن يصل لذراع التوجيه الخارجي — السائق يُدير العجلة والعجلات تتأخر في الاستجابة. هذا النوع من اللعب يبدو عادةً أكثر نعومةً وتدريجية من لعب علبة الدركسيون لأن المفصل يحتاج اجتياز نطاق تآكله قبل نقل القوة.
ضياع الإحساس بالمركز والتذبذب على الطريق المستقيم. رأس دركسيون متآكل في وضع السير المستقيم تحديداً يُنشئ منطقة عمياء بالضبط عند المركز — الوضع الأكثر شيوعاً في القيادة على الطريق السريع — مما يجعل السيارة تتذبذب دون تغذية راجعة واضحة من عجلة القيادة.
تآكل غير منتظم في الإطار الأمامي. رأس الدركسيون المتحلحل يسمح لـ toe بالتزحزح عند الدوران والفرملة. النتيجة تآكل متدرج أو من الحافة الداخلية. ولأن رأس الدركسيون داخل الأكورديون وليس مرئياً بسهولة، هذا النمط من التآكل أحياناً يكون أول إشارة ملحوظة على تآكل الرأس الداخلي.
تمزق أو انهيار أكورديون الدركسيون. إن تشقق الأكورديون، يدخل الغبار والماء إلى هيكل الدركسيون ويهاجمان مفصل رأس الدركسيون مباشرةً. الأكورديون الممزق ليس عطل رأس دركسيون بحد ذاته، لكنه يُسرّع التآكل بشكل حاد لدرجة أن رأس الدركسيون يتعطل عادةً خلال موسم أو موسمين إن لم يُستبدل الأكورديون فوراً.

ما الفرق بين رأس الدركسيون ورأس ذراع التوجيه؟

العمر الافتراضي الطبيعي لرؤوس الدركسيون المحكمة وجيدة الصيانة من 80,000 إلى 160,000 كم. أكورديون ممزق يسمح بدخول الملوثات يمكن أن يُسبب العطل في أقل من 20,000 كم من لحظة تمزقه. المناورات بالدوران الكامل يميناً أو شمالاً عند الوقوف تُسرّع التآكل عند أقصى نطاق حركة المفصل.

هل ينبغي استبدال رؤوس الدركسيون على شكل أزواج؟

عموماً نعم — كلا الجانبين لهما نفس تاريخ الاستخدام، وإن بلغ أحدهما نهاية عمره فالآخر قريب. استبدال الاثنين معاً يُجنّب موعد ضبط جلنك ثانياً خلال فترة قصيرة. لكن إن أظهر جانب واحد فقط لعباً واضحاً والكيلومترات معقولة، فاستبدال الجانب المتآكل وحده مقبول.

هل يلزم ضبط الجلنك بعد استبدال رؤوس الدركسيون؟

نعم. رأس الدركسيون يتصل برأس الذراع الخارجي عبر ساق مسنّنة وصمولة قفل — فك رأس الذراع الخارجي لاستبدال الداخلي يُغيّر الطول الفعلي لذراع التوجيه ويُزيح ضبط Toe. ضبط الجلنك إلزامي بعد أي استبدال لرأس الدركسيون.

هل يمكن استبدال رأس الدركسيون دون استبدال علبة الدركسيون كاملة؟

نعم في معظم الحالات. رؤوس الدركسيون تُباع كقطع بديلة مستقلة وتُفك بأداة متخصصة لفك الرأس الداخلي تتعشق مع هيكل المقعد داخل الأكورديون. استبدال رأس الدركسيون والأكورديون يُعيد المفصل لحالته دون الحاجة لاستبدال علبة الدركسيون كاملة التي تكون أعلى تكلفةً بكثير. إن كان عمود الرف نفسه ملتوياً أو تالفاً أو به تسريب داخلي، يلزم استبدال العلبة الكاملة.

هل يتطلب استبدال رؤوس الدركسيون أدوات خاصة؟

نعم. هيكل المقعد غائر داخل الأكورديون ولا يمكن الوصول إليه بمفتاح عادي. تُلزَم أداة فك الرأس الداخلي (مفتاح بذراع طويل أو مقبس متخصص مشقوق لاستيعاب الأكورديون) لإدارة الهيكل دون إتلاف الرف أو الأكورديون. رؤوس الدركسيون المشمّعة (staked) تتطلب أداة إعادة تشميع خاصة أو رأساً بديلاً يستخدم طريقة تثبيت مختلفة. الميكانيكيون الذين يمتلكون الأدوات الصحيحة يمكنهم إجراء هذا الإصلاح؛ بدون الأداة، خطر إتلاف الرف مرتفع.
