حول مفصل كروي — الوظيفة والأعراض والأسئلة الشائعة

كرة المفصل (بلية المقصات) هي المحمل الكروي الذي يربط ذراع التعليق بدبة العجلة — المحور الذي يتيح للعجلة الأمامية الدوران يميناً وشمالاً للتوجيه والحركة أعلى وأسفل مع التعليق في آنٍ واحد. التعليق الأمامي المستقل الحديث يحتوي على بلية مقصات واحدة أو اثنتين في كل جانب؛ وتُستخدم أيضاً في بعض مواضع تعليق المحور الخلفي وأنظمة الدفع الرباعي.

كيف يعمل

التوجيه واستيعاب حركة التعليق

الرأس الكروي يدور بحرية داخل مقعده، ما يُتيح للدبة الدوران لأغراض التوجيه وكذلك الإمالة رأسياً مع ضغط التعليق وتمدده — كلا الحركتين عبر مفصل واحد مدمج.

المحمل الحامل للحمولة مقابل المحمل الموجِّه

في تصميم ذراع التحكم مع الدعامة MacPherson، بلية المقصات السفلية تحمل ثقل السيارة وهي المحمل الرئيسي، بينما البلية العلوية (إن وُجدت) هي موجِّه فقط ولا تتحمل أي حمولة رأسية. في تعليق double-wishbone، تتشارك البليتان الحمولة.

ثبات زاوية Camber و Caster

البليتان الكرويتان (أو بلية واحدة مع محمل الدعامة) تحددان محور التوجيه. تآكل المفصل يُزيح هذا المحور فتخرج زاوية camber و caster عن المواصفة.

الهيكل والتركيب

رأس فولاذي مُقسّى يُثبَّت في محمل بوليمر (PTFE/POM) أو معدن على معدن داخل هيكل مطروق أو مضغوط من الفولاذ. يُحكم إغلاقه بغطاء غبار من النيوبرين أو البولي يوريثان ومشحم مدى الحياة في معظم التصاميم الحديثة (بعض التصاميم الثقيلة تحتفظ بنيبل شحم). التثبيت يكون بالضغط أو البلت حسب تصميم ذراع التحكم.

أعراض الفشل الشائعة

طرقعة عند العقبات. سطح المحمل المتآكل يسمح للرأس الكروي بالطرق على جدران مقعده مع كل دورة تعليق.
شد السيارة لجانب أو تذبذبها. محور التوجيه يتزحزح مع تآكل المفصل والدبة تتحرك، فتشد السيارة نحو الجانب المتأثر عند التسارع أو الفرملة.
تآكل غير منتظم أو على شكل كأس في الإطار. عدم استقرار camber يجعل سطح الإطار يقفز على الطريق، ما يُنتج بقعاً غير منتظمة من التآكل حول محيط الإطار.
لعب مرئي في العجلة. مع رفع العجلة عن الأرض، هزّها في اتجاه الساعة 12 والساعة 6 يكشف عن طرقعة — وهو الاختبار القاطع لبلية المقصات.

أسئلة شائعة حول مفصل كروي

هل ينبغي استبدال بليات المقصات على شكل أزواج؟

بالنسبة للبليات الحاملة (السفلية)، نعم — كلا الجانبين يتعرضان لنفس دورة الحمولة والثاني يتعطل عادةً بعد الأول بفترة قصيرة. البليات العلوية (الموجِّهة) يمكن استبدالها بشكل منفرد إن أظهرت واحدة فقط تآكلاً.

هل يمكن القيادة مع بلية مقصات متآكلة؟

لا، وهو غير آمن إطلاقاً. عطل البلية الحاملة يُسقط العجلة للخارج فجأة — السيارة تهبط على التعليق وتفقد التحكم في التوجيه. استبدلها فوراً بمجرد اكتشاف أي لعب.

هل يلزم الجلنك بعد الاستبدال؟

كيف أتحقق من أن القطعة مطابقة للـ OE رقم MS90529؟

كل صنف مُختبَر من حيث الشكل والتركيب والأداء وفق مواصفات OEM. تقارير اختبار المواد والرسومات الأبعادية تُرسل مع كل عرض سعر. للطلبات الكبيرة، نُنتج وحدة ما قبل الإنتاج بمعايير العيّنة لتحقق فريق الجودة لديكم قبل بدء التشغيل الكامل.

ما الشهادات ومعايير الجودة التي تحملونها؟

نظام إدارة الجودة معتمد ISO 9001:2015، بالإضافة إلى REACH وRoHS للامتثال لمتطلبات السوق الأوروبي. تقارير اختبار المواد ووثائق PPAP متاحة عند الطلب للمشترين من الدرجة الأولى. الشهادات تُشحن مع الدفعة الأولى من كل صنف جديد.

هل تُقدّمون عيّنات؟

لا توجد عيّنات مجانية. طلبك الأول هو دفعة التأهيل. نحتفظ بالإنتاج حتى تُؤكّد سلامة الفحص البصري والأبعادي من أول طرد. أي انحراف عن المواصفات نُعيد التصنيع على حسابنا.

ما شروط الدفع؟

100% تحويل بنكي T/T قبل بدء الإنتاج. بالدولار الأمريكي فقط. بيانات الحساب البنكي والفاتورة المبدئية تُرسل بعد قبولكم عرض السعر. لا ائتمان، ولا اعتمادات مستندية في الطلب الأول.

ما مدة التسليم وخيارات الشحن؟

الأصناف الجاهزة تُشحن خلال 15–30 يوماً من تأكيد الدفع. الأصناف المصنوعة بالطلب: 90–120 يوماً من تأكيد الدفع. شحن بحري من ميناء تايوان: 25–40 يوماً حسب الوجهة (الخيار الأكثر شيوعاً). شحن جوي متاح عند الطلب للبضائع العاجلة. يمكننا تسعير FOB تايوان أو DDP مستودعكم.
