رأس ذراع التوجيه هو الوصلة الكروية الخارجية في منظومة التوجيه — قطعة التآكل التي تنقل حركة التوجيه من علبة الدركسيون (أو الوصلة المركزية) إلى دبة العجلة الأمامية في كل جانب. كل سيارة — سواء كانت بدركسيون rack-and-pinion حديث أو بنظام parallelogram قديم — تحتوي على رؤوس ذراع توجيه؛ وهي من أكثر قطع التوجيه مبيعاً في السوق العالمي لقطع الغيار.

يُعرف أيضاً بـ: رأس ذراع التوجيه الخارجي، بلية مقصات خارجية، track rod end (في المصطلح البريطاني والأوروبي)، TRE.

كيف يعمل

تحويل الحركة الأفقية إلى حركة زاوية

علبة الدركسيون تتحرك يميناً وشمالاً في خط مستقيم. رأس ذراع التوجيه يحوّل هذه الحركة الأفقية إلى الحركة الزاوية التي تُدير دبة العجلة حول محورها، فتُوجَّه العجلة يميناً أو شمالاً.

ضبط زاوية التوجيه الأمامية (Toe)

الجوز المسنن بين رأس الذراع الداخلي والخارجي هو نقطة ضبط toe الأمامي — تدويره يُطيل أو يُقصّر طول الوصلة، ما يفتح أو يُغلق زاوية toe. كل تعديل في ضبط الجلنك يتم عند هذا المفصل.

استيعاب حركة التعليق

البلية الكروية داخل رأس ذراع التوجيه تتيح لدبة العجلة الصعود والهبوط مع التعليق مع الإبقاء على توصيل حركة التوجيه — بدونها، سيتصلّب التوجيه عند العقبات.

الهيكل والتركيب

هيكل مطروق من الفولاذ مع بلية كروية داخلية، سطح تحميل مشحم ومحكم، وغطاء غبار من المطاط أو البولي يوريثان. المحور له ساق مخروطية مع صمولة مشققة ومسمار تأمين (أو صمولة ذاتية القفل) لتثبيتها في دبة العجلة. اتجاه الخيط على شبكة الذراع معكوس بين الجانب الأيسر والأيمن في معظم السيارات، مما يتيح ضبط toe دون فك المفصل.

أعراض الفشل الشائعة

طرقعة عند العقبات أو عند الدوران. البلية الكروية المتآكلة تطرق داخل مقعدها. غالباً ما تكون أوضح صوتاً في المناورات البطيئة داخل مواقف السيارات.
إحساس بالارتخاء أو الضياع في التوجيه. خلوص زائد في عجلة القيادة قبل استجابة العجلات الأمامية — المدخل يُمتص من قِبل المفصل المتآكل.
تآكل غير منتظم في الحافة الداخلية للإطار. زاوية Toe تميل نحو toe-out مع تآكل المفصل، مما يُحرق الحافة الداخلية للإطار.
انحراف عجلة القيادة عن المركز بعد الجلنك. المفصل المتآكل لا يُثبّت ضبط toe بعد تحميله؛ فيتحرك الضبط عن نفسه في غضون أيام أو أسابيع.

أسئلة شائعة حول رأس ذراع التوجيه

كم مرة ينبغي استبدال رؤوس ذراع التوجيه؟

لا يوجد تدخل دوري محدد — تُستبدل عند التآكل. العمر الافتراضي الطبيعي من 100,000 إلى 150,000 كم على الطرق المعبدة، وأقل على الطرق الوعرة أو التي تُرش بالملح. الفحص في كل صيانة: مع رفع العجلة عن الأرض، المفصل السليم يخلو تماماً من أي لعب عند هز الإطار يميناً وشمالاً.

هل يمكن القيادة مع رأس ذراع توجيه متآكل؟

لمسافات قصيرة وبسرعة منخفضة، نعم. لكن عطل رأس ذراع التوجيه الكلي يُفقد التحكم في تلك العجلة تماماً — العجلة تتأرجح بحرية والسيارة تصبح غير قابلة للقيادة. استبدله فور ظهور طرقعة أو لعب مرئي.

هل تُباع رؤوس ذراع التوجيه دائماً على شكل أزواج؟

ليس بالضرورة — الجانب الأيسر والأيمن يُباعان عادةً بشكل مستقل ولهما خيوط بعكس بعض. لكن استبدال الجانبين معاً هو الممارسة المثلى بمجرد ظهور التآكل في أحدهما، إذ يتعطل الثاني عادةً في مدة مماثلة.

هل يلزم ضبط الجلنك بعد الاستبدال؟

نعم. ضبط Toe يتم عند جوز رأس الذراع، وأي فك للمفصل يُغيّره. اذهب مباشرةً إلى الجلنك بعد الاستبدال.
