Rotuyn trụ đứng (rotuyn cầu) là ổ bi cầu nối tay đòn treo với moay lái — trụ xoay cho phép bánh trước đánh lái trái-phải đồng thời nâng hạ cùng hệ thống treo. Hệ thống treo trước độc lập hiện đại có một hoặc hai rotuyn cầu mỗi bên; rotuyn cầu cũng được dùng tại một số vị trí treo sau và dẫn động 4×4.
Còn gọi là: lower ball joint, upper ball joint, suspension ball joint, BJ.
Cách hoạt động
Cho phép đánh lái và treo linh hoạt đồng thời
Chốt cầu xoay tự do trong ổ, cho phép moay lái vừa xoay để đánh lái VỪA nghiêng theo chiều đứng khi hệ thống treo nén và duỗi — cả hai chuyển động thực hiện qua một khớp nhỏ gọn duy nhất.
Rotuyn chịu tải và rotuyn dẫn hướng
Trên bố trí tay đòn thông thường/giảm chấn, rotuyn cầu dưới là rotuyn chịu tải (chịu trọng lượng xe) và rotuyn trên, nếu có, là rotuyn dẫn hướng (định vị moay lái nhưng không chịu tải đứng). Trên hệ treo double-wishbone cả hai rotuyn cùng chia sẻ tải.
Neo giữ góc camber và caster
Hai rotuyn cầu (hoặc một rotuyn cộng với ổ bi giảm chấn) xác định trục lái. Rotuyn mòn làm dịch chuyển trục đó, gây lệch camber và caster khỏi thông số.
Cấu trúc và kết cấu
Chốt cầu thép cứng được giữ trong ổ bi polymer (PTFE/POM) hoặc kim loại-kim loại bên trong vỏ thép rèn hoặc dập. Được bịt kín bằng bao cao su neoprene/polyurethane và bôi trơn dùng trọn đời trên hầu hết các thiết kế hiện đại (một số thiết kế hạng nặng vẫn giữ núm bơm mỡ). Lắp ép vào hoặc bắt bu lông tùy thiết kế tay đòn.
Triệu chứng hỏng hóc thường gặp
- Tiếng cục khi qua ổ gà. Bề mặt ổ bi mòn cho phép chốt cầu va đập vào ổ mỗi lần hệ thống treo chuyển động.
- Lái bị kéo sang một bên hoặc lạng. Trục lái bị dịch khi khớp mòn cho phép moay lái dịch chuyển, kéo xe về một phía khi tăng tốc hoặc phanh.
- Mòn lốp dạng giải hình nón hoặc răng cưa. Camber không ổn định khiến vết tiếp xúc nhảy qua mặt lốp, tạo ra các vùng mòn không đều xung quanh chu vi.
- Rơ nhìn thấy tại bánh xe. Khi nâng bánh lên, lắc lốp theo chiều 12 và 6 giờ thấy tiếng gõ — đây là phép kiểm tra rotuyn cầu dứt khoát.

Có nên thay rotuyn cầu theo cặp không?
Đối với rotuyn chịu tải (dưới), nên — cả hai bên chịu chu kỳ làm việc như nhau và bên còn lại thường hỏng ngay sau. Rotuyn trên (dẫn hướng) có thể thay từng chiếc nếu chỉ một bên bị mòn.
Có thể lái xe với rotuyn cầu mòn không?
Không an toàn. Rotuyn chịu tải hỏng hoàn toàn khiến bánh xe đổ ra ngoài — xe tụt xuống phần treo và mất kiểm soát lái. Thay ngay khi phát hiện rơ.
Sau khi thay có cần căn chỉnh không?
Có. Camber và caster được xác định bởi vị trí rotuyn cầu; thay thế luôn làm thay đổi các giá trị đó và bắt buộc phải căn chỉnh trên băng.
Rotuyn cầu dùng được bao lâu?
Rotuyn OEM thường dùng 120.000–250.000 km trên đường nhựa. Dùng off-road, ăn mòn muối hoặc bao cao su hỏng rút ngắn tuổi thọ đáng kể.

Chứng nhận ISO 9001:2008 về hệ thống quản lý chất lượng, Chứng chỉ TS, cùng với REACH / RoHS cho yêu cầu tuân thủ EU. Báo cáo thử nghiệm vật liệu và hồ sơ PPAP có thể cung cấp theo yêu cầu cho khách hàng cấp tier-1. Chứng chỉ được gửi kèm lần giao hàng đầu tiên của mỗi SKU mới.
Có hàng mẫu miễn phí không?
Không có hàng mẫu miễn phí. Đơn hàng đầu tiên đồng thời là lô kiểm định chất lượng. Lô hàng được giữ cho đến khi Quý công ty xác nhận kiểm tra ngoại quan và kích thước từ thùng hàng đầu tiên. Nếu có bất kỳ chi tiết nào không đúng tiêu chuẩn, chúng tôi sẽ sản xuất lại với chi phí của nhà máy.
Điều khoản thanh toán?
Thanh toán 100% T/T (chuyển khoản ngân hàng) trước khi bắt đầu sản xuất. Chỉ tính bằng USD. Thông tin ngân hàng và hóa đơn proforma được gửi sau khi Quý công ty chấp nhận báo giá. Không có hạn mức tín dụng, không chấp nhận L/C cho đơn hàng đầu tiên.
Thời gian sản xuất và vận chuyển?
Hàng sẵn kho: giao trong 15–30 ngày kể từ ngày xác nhận thanh toán. Hàng sản xuất theo đơn: 90–120 ngày kể từ ngày xác nhận thanh toán. Đường biển từ cảng Đài Loan: 25–40 ngày tùy điểm đến (phương thức vận chuyển phổ biến nhất). Vận chuyển hàng không có thể đặt theo yêu cầu cho đơn hàng khẩn. Chúng tôi có thể báo giá theo điều kiện FOB Đài Loan hoặc DDP tại kho nhận hàng.
