SLOOPZONE is a B2B platform for automotive chassis-parts procurement. Permitted activities include:
Searching for OE part numbers to identify compatible aftermarket parts.
Uploading genuine parts lists (your own, from your procurement process) to generate quotes.
Requesting and receiving quotes for bulk orders (MOQ USD 5,000).
Using the buyer portal to manage orders and download documents.
API access within agreed rate limits for integration into your own procurement systems.
Utilisations interdites
The following are strictly prohibited:
Scraping — automated extraction of OE cross-reference data, pricing, or catalog content using bots, crawlers, or scripts, beyond what is permitted by our robots.txt.
Reverse engineering — attempting to reconstruct our database schema, pricing algorithms, or OE mapping logic.
Credential stuffing / brute-force — automated login attempts or testing of user credentials.
Fake quote spam — submitting fabricated or intentionally malformed parts lists to probe the quote system.
Abuse of the upload endpoint — uploading malicious files, scripts, or payloads; exceeding file size or rate limits deliberately.
Impersonation — submitting quotes on behalf of a company you do not represent.
Resale of data — selling, licensing, or redistributing any content extracted from SLOOPZONE without written permission.
Application de la politique
We enforce this policy through:
Rate limiting — upload and search endpoints are rate-limited per IP (10 uploads/hour by default).
IP blocking — repeated violations result in automatic or manual IP blocks at the Cloudflare WAF layer.
Account termination — buyer accounts found in violation will be suspended without refund of pending orders.
Legal action — severe violations (data theft, unauthorized access) may be reported to law enforcement.
Résiliation du compte
SLOOPZONE reserves the right to terminate access to any account at our discretion. For violations of this policy that do not involve immediate security risk, we will provide notice by email and a 7-day cure period. For severe violations (e.g., active scraping, credential attacks), access may be revoked immediately without prior notice.
